One of the last places you want to be on a golf course is in a sand trap, that is unless you're a snapping turtle making a nest.The Wildwood Golf Club outside of Pittsburgh tell K-D-K-A-TV a golf pro saw a turtle laying eggs in the bunker.So, to keep the golfers from confusing their small, round, white golf balls with the small, round, white turtle eggs, the course has roped off the sand trap to keep players out.If they hit into the trap, they're told to drop their ball elsewhere to continue playing.Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium experts say a sand trap is a logical spot for the eggs to be laid.It's sunny, warm, and easy for the mother to dig in and bury the eggs.
