材料:500克糯米、25克虾米、5个香菇、2根腊肠、10个红葱头、100克花生、1勺绍兴酒、1勺胡椒粉、青葱、香菇水
酱汁:半勺白糖、少许热水、1勺生抽、1勺蚝油、半勺老抽、2勺清水
1)香菇、腊肠切丁、虾米切碎、红葱头切片备用
2)把花生冷锅放入,加入油,慢火炸至无泡沫取出放凉加入少许盐搅拌均匀
3)锅留底油,爆香红葱头,再加入虾米一起爆香后加入腊肠&香菇一起翻炒至香味呈现加入1勺绍兴酒
4)倒入糯米,翻炒3-40分钟;过程中加入香菇水翻炒10分钟,盖上盖子小火焖2分钟,重复3次至糯米全熟
5)全熟后加入1勺胡椒粉、调好的酱汁翻炒均匀&葱花翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
6)装盘,撒上葱花&花生粒,香喷喷的生炒糯米饭就做好了👍🏻
