• 擀面团的时候撒淀粉,什么淀粉都行,可以更好的防粘,蒸出来也透亮。

西葫芦600克(放少许盐抓拌均匀杀出水)2:53,

胡萝卜300克(锅中放底油炒熟)3:15,

鸡蛋4个(炒熟)3:19,

木耳碎或粉条100克4:13,

姜末20克4:17,

葱花60克4:20,

鸡精少许4:31,

胡椒粉少许4:35,

芝麻油2勺4:39,

盐适量:4:45,

• 炒鸡蛋和胡萝卜的时候可以多放点油,调馅就不用放了。

• 水提前烧开,做好蔬菜包之后直接热水来蒸,记时蒸12分钟左右,看做的大小适当调整,闷1至2分钟出锅。

• 食谱都是摄氏度°C,华氏度℉ =摄氏度°C × 1.8 + 32°F。
