Peppered Beef Jerky Recipe
2 1/2 lbs of Top Round Steak 12 oz of Cola 1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce 3 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt 2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Pepper 1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
Mix beef with other ingredients and marinate for 4 hours or more. Preheat oven to lowest temp setting (mine was 170F) Dry beef with paper towels. Place beef onto cookie cooling racks within a sheet pan. Put sheet pans into your oven and let cook for 4 hrs or until done to your liking. Let jerky cool and enjoy. Jerky will keep for 4 weeks at room temp and 6 weeks if in fridge. Enjoy!!!
