Blender is the song writing project formed by Ross Malloy, Gareth and Clint Meech in 1996. The point? To take what they had absorbed from years of playing live and listening to wide range of music and create music to express what they were feeling in their lives.

Recently Ross has left the band to make a name for himself in the music city of Melbourne, Australia. In 1999 Todd Rangiwhetu (Bass) joined the band and in late 2000 Paul Harvey joined as drummer.
