On today's episode of Felony Friday Cynthia Solis joins John to bring attention to the plight of her husband, Baldemar Solis, who is serving a life sentence for a nonviolent crime. In 2017, Baldemar was sentenced to Life in federal prison, convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance at trial. The conviction was based on hearsay testimony, ghost dope and a bizarre story claiming Baldemar had put a hit out on a cop (an accusation that was never prosecuted.)
