Digital Trip, a sub-label of Columbia, produced synthesizer covers of popular Japanese anime soundtracks throughout the 80s.

Super Dimension Fortress Macross Synthesizer Fantasy features 10 electronic covers of songs from the OST of the 1982 Tatsunoko anime Super Dimension Fortress Macross (超時空要塞マクロス).

These songs were recorded from the 1983 vinyl release with light post-processing applied to reduce noise. All recordings are lossless.
