In this very relaxing video we went up to the mountains, to play in the snow. When we got home we made some warm food and started to decorate the living room and the Christmas tree. We had to come up with a tricky solution to place Christmas tree.

HONEY COOKIE RECIPE
-1 cup honey
-3 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tsp orange flavor
Melt this 3 ingredients in a pot
Add
-1 cup almond flour
-1 cup +1/4 cup gluten free flour (I used the one from Costco)
-2 tsp on either cinnamon or pumpkin spices mix whatever you prefer
Work this together and you are ready to make the cut outs
Bake it on 350 till it's golden brown slightly getting brown on the side. Check it often burns fast!
