In this video I am comparing the sound of the Behringer 2600 to the sound of an original ARP 2600. The Behringer 2600 features two filter modes: the 4012 filter (VCF) which is similar to the Moog ladder-filter design and the 4072 filter (VCF) type which was built into the orange-on-black design ARP 2600 series starting in 1977. I am comparing the Behringer 2600 to my orange-on-black design ARP 2600 which features the 4072 VCF, but I let you also hear both filter modes on the Behringer 2600.
