How to Make Ginger Beer (Not sure if it's alcoholic test it yourself)

Recipe:

4 x Lemon's

1 x Ginger root ( about the size of your hand)

2 tsp Yeast ( 1 tsp per bottle )

4 cups sugar

2 x 2L Soda Bottles

Let it sit for 2-3 days. Then it's more like a soda. The longer it sits the more beer like it will be. Just don't forget to vent the bottle.
