Ingredients:

4 cups jasmine rice precooked and chilled 4 chicken thighs 8 oz beef sausage ½ lb pork belly 200 grams cabbage ½ cup sweet corn ½ cup green peas ½ lb carrots, diced ½ of a large onion diced 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons avocado oil 1.5 teaspoons white pepper ½ teaspoons chili flakes 4 teaspoons grated ginger 2 bunches Scallion, chopped (about 2 cups) 3 large eggs 1.5 teaspoon salt or to taste. 1 teaspoon beef Better Than Bouillon
