This is a recording of an unidentified European shortwave pirate from January 14, 2023. The programming is relay of a football game, and I have heard this is South American Spanish (not from Spain). I do not know what country this was being transmitted from, or why the odd choice of frequency and mode. Any information is appreciated! Recorded from the GB3WB KiwiSDR in the UK.
