Wells Fargo Bank has screwed it up once again.

• They failed to change the way in which my mortgage payments are being applied, as they promised to do last month.

• They are still charging me late fees on mortgage payments they refused to take from me.

Carlton, the Wells Fargo employee on the other end of the phone, didn't seem to want to put his supervisor on the phone with me, when you can clearly hear me ask him to do so, more than once.

He was so busy talking over me, quoting from Wells Fargo's pre-defined list of standard answers, that he couldn't even take a moment to stop and actually LISTEN to what I was saying. After all, is Wells Fargo Bank really interested in what their customers have to say?  From this phone conversation, I'd say not.

Carlton also quoted two different payment amounts for my equity line of credit, and didn't even know what month it was, twice stating that it was January, instead of September.

No wonder Carlton didn't want to put his supervisor on the phone with me... He still wanted a job tomorrow morning.
