You heart has intelligence so when the Word talks of Christ dwelling in your heart this is awesome.  You are God's letter…written on tablets of flesh which is your heart.  The gospel we preach is real because of change.  We have emphasised head intelligence over heart things,  namely that we would know about things instead of knowing things.  The ministry of death, aka the old covenant, was about knowing about God yet the new is about knowing Him where the heart is properly connected to the head.
