This Super Tiny NYC Apartment has Major Issues... But I'm not sure anyone's going to care as the location is fantastic (manhattan) and the price is very very good for what this apartment offers. Whoever gets it will have to deal with a few of the con's, but once the landlord fixes it up i'm betting this nyc apartment will rent right away.
