雞腿肉5塊 - 5 pieces of chicken thighs

枸杞子3茶匙 - 3tsp of Chinese Wolfberries

薑20片 - 20 slices of ginger

冬菇6塊 - 6 pieces of Chinese mushrooms

黑麻油1/3杯 - 1/3 cup of black sesame oil

米酒1公升 - 1 litre of Chinese Rice Wine

鹽適量 - Salt to taste
