President Cyril Ramaphosa has met the deadline to deliver his submission to the panel probing the Phala Phala scandal - and he denies any guilt. That's according to the presidency. He had until yesterday to submit to the panel that has been appointed to determine if there's a prima facie apparent case against him. If there is then parliament will vote by a majority whether or not to launch a full-blown impeachment enquiry against him. To discuss, we're joined by political analyst Sysman Motloung.
