Ingredients:

For Garam Masala powder: 1 Black cardamom 2 Green cardamom 8-10 black pepper 4-5 cloves 2 cinnamon stick 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp shah jeera

for Mutton Boil process: 1/2 kg boneless Mutton 1 cup chana dal soaked for 1 hour grinded garam masala 1 chopped onion 12-15 garlic ginger 4-5 red chilli 2 bay leaf 1 tsp salt 1 & 1/2 glass water

after grinded: some coriander leaves 3-4 chopped green chilli some mint leaves 1 chopped onion 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp chaat masala powder 2 egg

oil for frying
