Ingredients :
125g butter（牛油）
30g shortening （白油）
40g caster sugar （细砂糖）
100g brown sugar （黄糖）
1 egg（鸡蛋）
1/2 tsp vanilla extract （香草精）
250g plain flour （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
3/4 tsp baking soda （苏打粉）
150 g chocolate chips （巧克力粒）
100g Macadamia nuts（夏威夷果）
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以170°C烤15-20分钟。
