Crispy Fried Nian Gao
材料:
年糕 適量
橙番薯 適量
紫番薯/芋頭 適量
酥脆面糊 :
普通面粉 100克
粘米粉 50克
玉米粉 30克
發粉 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
清水 210毫升
油 1湯匙
攪拌均勻後,放置15分鐘
做法:
將年糕、紫番薯和橙番薯,去皮,切成適當大小,備用。
將紫番薯、年糕和橙番薯,三者夾成一塊,然後壤上面糊。
下熱油,中火炸至兩面金黃酥脆,瀝幹油,即可享用。

Ingredients:
Nian Gao
Orange sweet potato
Purple sweet potato/taro
Crispy batter:
Plain flour 100g
Rice flour 50g
Corn flour 30g
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
210ml water
1 tablespoon oil
After stirring evenly, leave it for 15 minutes
practice:
Peel the Nian Gao, purple sweet potato and orange sweet potato, cut into appropriate sizes, and set aside.
Combine the purple sweet potato, Nian Gao and orange sweet potato into a piece, and then dip them into batter.
Add oil and fry on medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy. Drain the oil and enjoy.
