Crispy Fried Nian Gao

材料:

年糕 適量

橙番薯 適量

紫番薯/芋頭 適量

酥脆面糊​ :

普通面粉 100克

粘米粉 50克

玉米粉 30克

發粉 1茶匙

鹽 1/2茶匙

清水 210毫升

油 1湯匙

攪拌均勻後,放置15分鐘

做法:

  1. 將年糕、紫番薯和橙番薯,去皮,切成適當大小,備用。

  2. 將紫番薯、年糕和橙番薯,三者夾成一塊,然後壤上面糊。

  3. 下熱油,中火炸至兩面金黃酥脆,瀝幹油,即可享用。

Crispy Fried Nian Gao

Ingredients:

Nian Gao

Orange sweet potato

Purple sweet potato/taro

Crispy batter​:

Plain flour 100g

Rice flour 50g

Corn flour 30g

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

210ml water

1 tablespoon oil

After stirring evenly, leave it for 15 minutes

practice:

  1. Peel the Nian Gao, purple sweet potato and orange sweet potato, cut into appropriate sizes, and set aside.

  2. Combine the purple sweet potato, Nian Gao and orange sweet potato into a piece, and then dip them into batter.

  3. Add oil and fry on medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy. Drain the oil and enjoy.
