An easy healthy and interesting recipe especially for Diwali. These Diyas are filled with healthy Pineapple Sauce as if ghee is filled in Diyas. The recipe is without refined sugar, instead, Rock Sugar (Mishri) is used, the reason being rock sugar is unrefined sugar and thus a healthy variant.

Ingredients For Chocolate Diyas -

1 Cup (120 g) Milk Powder

1/2 Cup (120 ml) Milk, At Room Temperature

60 g (1/2 Cup) Powdered Rock Sugar (Mishri)

2 Tbsp Ghee

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Ingredients For Pineapple Sauce -

1 Cup Chopped Fresh Pineapple

1/4 Cup Water

1 Tsp Rice Flour

2 Tbps Rock Sugar (Powdered)
