𓇣 Sevrings：6 inch cake

152x147x69mm

𓇋 巴斯克乳酪糊

Basque Cheesecake Mixture

𓇣 350g Cream Cheese 奶油乳酪

𓇣 1st Egg Yolks 蛋黃

𓇣 2 pcs Whole Eggs 全雞蛋

𓇣 90g Cane Sugar 甘蔗糖

𓇣 1tsp Vanilla Paste 香草籽醬

𓇣 1tsp Sour Cherry Liqucur 櫻桃酒

𓇣 1tsp Lemon Juice 檸檬汁 ( 1/4顆 )

𓇣 10g Cake flour 低筋麵粉

𓇣 180ml Whipping Cream

動物性鮮奶油

𓆰 氣炸鍋 Air Fryer 〃

𓇣 預熱 : 攝氏190°C預熱10分鐘

Preheat at 190°C for 10 minutes

𓇣 烤培 : 攝氏170°C烤培15分鐘

；攝氏150°C烤培10分鐘

Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes

and 150°C for 10 minutes
