Selling Sweden back to the Swedes. That’s how my friend Patrick Hamilton Walsh describes part of his job as part of building the Sweden talent foundation.

Because attraction talents starts with society and a sense of belonging.

“A lot of foreign people think Swedes are cold and they’re not friendly. And even Swedes are starting to believe this about themselves as well.

Swedes have got a simple thing, and it's that they don't initiate. They will never initiate a conversation with me on the subway or ask me a question if they need help.

But every single time I ask a Swede for help or advice or an insight, they are so friendly, kind and welcoming.”
