Review: We had a full experience menu in Amber. The ingredients and services are certainly the best in HK. Chef is undoubtedly great & now offers gluten-free & dairy-free cuisines, whereby dishes are now more healthy, but we found dishes prepared under the traditional French cooking style tasted better.
