While I recorded this video to put out on Feb 29th the day I was arrested by my narcissist, I now realize there is no Feb 29th in 2023.

This was the Worst Day Of My Life and yet the Best Day Of My Life. I learned about a lifetime of abuse andf was able to work hard to heal the wounds I was unaware I even had. Those wounds made me perfect narc-bait.

My life changed so profoundly that day that I celebrate the worst day as the best day. I know these wounds, lack of boundaries, lack of self love, people pleasing and codependent patterns probably would have gone unhealed and I would have repeated the same patterns.
