Lat.LonSnd Stage Two On the 27th of March, 2004, the sounds from Stage One will be made available to download. Participants are invited to (de)construct/transform / arrange one, some, or all of the sounds to create a piece of music/sound which will be made available to download from the site as 192kbps mp3s. The final piece created must be related, in some direct way, to the Latitude and Longitude co-ordinates of the village/town/city in which you currently reside. Some examples of how to incorporate the co-ordinates into a piece of music/sound could be: databending, datamapping, spoken word, etc.. The deadline for submission of these pieces is the 10th of April, 2004. Pieces must be encoded at 192kbps mp3s or equivalent Ogg Vorbis formats and no larger than 7.0mb.
