A "Pierrot" is a foolish stock character whose heart is broken when his love pursues another man. Much of his characteristics are shared with those who Scramble's messages are meant to appeal to. It's actually pronounced either "P-ear-o" or "Pee-ah-ro" according to Wikipedia, but whatever I guess. This is also one of my favorite songs of all time. :D Atlus owns this, not me.
