I N G R E D I E N T S: Makes 3, 120mL cups

Pudding:

• 7g gelatin powder -50g water

• 6g matcha powder

• 30g water

• 200g milk (I used skim milk)

• 20g agave syrup (or sugar)

• 70g whipping/heavy cream

Topping:

• azuki (sweet red bean paste)
• ice cream
• cereal

*you may adjust matcha and sugar levels to your liking
