-Salt: 1/2 tbsp. (13-14g)

-Water: 390-400g

-Green onion: 3 heaping tbsp. (25-30g)

Skin:

-Glutinous/Sweet rice flour: 1 bag (460-470g)

-Oil: 1.5-2 tbsp. (15-20g)

-Corn starch: 45g

-Water: 440-450g

This filling made 2.5-3 times of the skin measurements

Sauce:

-Water: 1.5kg

-Coconut milk: 400g

-Sugar: 475-500g

-Salt: 1/2 tsp. (4-5g)

-Ginger: 40-45g

Topping:

-Roasted sesame: 5 heaping tbsp. (50-55g)

-Salt: 1/4 tsp. (1-2g)
