INGREDIENTS

COTTAGE CHEESE (PANEER) 400 GM

CASHEWS (PASTE) 10 NOS.

ALMONDS (PASTE) 10 NOS.

POPPY SEEDS (PASTE) 2 TBSP

DESI GHEE 2 TBSP

CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP

BAY LEAF 2 NOS.

GREEN CARDAMOM 3 NOS.

CLOVES 4 NOS.

CINNAMON STICK 1 INCH

GREEN CHILLI (SLIT) 5 NOS.

ONION (PASTE) 2 NOS.

GINGER & GARLIC (PASTE) 2 TBSP

CURD (YOGURT) 1/2 CUP

BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP

SALT TO TASTE

MILK 1 CUP

KEWRA WATER 1 TSP

SAFFRON FEW STRANDS

DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES 1 TSP
