3 chicken drumsticks 3个 鸡腿

1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油

1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油

¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉

½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖

1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉

Ingredients 配料 :

20g Ginger, sliced 20克 姜, 切片

2 Spring Onion, pieces 2条 青葱, 切段

2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎

4 Dried chilli, pieces 4条 辣椒干 , 切段

Seasonings调味料 :

1 tablespoon HuaDiao Wine 1汤匙 花雕酒

2 tablespoon Sesame oil 2汤匙 麻油

1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油

150ml Water 150毫升 水

  1. 炸虾 Fried Prawn

Marinate Prawns 腌虾 :

12 Prawns 12只 虾

¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉

¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐

Batter 粉浆 :

200g Self-raising flour 200克 自发面粉

2 tablespoon Rice flour 2汤匙 粘米粉

1 tablespoon Potato flour 1汤匙 马铃薯粉

¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐

¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉

1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋

1 tablespoon Oil 1汤匙 油

250ml Water 250毫升 水

Ingredients 配料 :

400g Potato leaves 400克 番薯叶

3 Fermented beancurd 3块 腐乳

4 slices Ginger 4片姜

2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎

1 Chilli 1条 辣椒
