This video is something off-tangent for our channel but we thought it would be interesting for anyone looking to purchase a 2-room flexi HDB BTO flat or waiting to collect their keys for one. We will be viewing a 47 sqm unit purchased under the short-lease scheme for seniors. All BTO flats also have an Optional Component Scheme for buyers to opt-in. Under this scheme, buyers pay an additional cost to have their BTO furnished with flooring and other fittings. We will show these fittings in the video and also the elderly-friendly fittings specially catered for seniors buying such flats.
