Fishing after a storm from the rocks is the best time to land a big Snapper from the Shore, but no guarantees!

After witnessing a channel marker being rescued, plus a captsized ocean canoe in very stormy conditions. The day was about to end before numerous bites to my herring on a snelled rig made it easier for me to stay!.
