I believe that most nutrition gurus who promote a high fat diet are ignoring the impact that blood fats have on our risk for chronic disease. High fat diets spike triglycerides after a meal which can be just as harmful as high levels of blood sugar. Today, on the podcast we are going to review just a few papers that make this case I am going to discuss why I believe that a sustained high fat diet approach is probably not the best approach long term for most people.
