Lone Star 92.5 Dallas Airchecks October 2024 - Free Audiobook

We'll stay in Dallas this Wednesday afternoon with some airchecks from the sister station of Kiss FM in DFW. Lone Star 92.5, as received via SDR, airs predominantly classic rock. For about a year or two during the 2nd hiatus of the Eagle because 97.1 wanted to be "freaky", Lone Star snuck in newer rock in addition to their normal classic rock so that iHeart can seemingly keep that lost Eagle audience. Obviously, The Freak didn't work because what worked in Orlando didn't work in the Metroplex, and the types of people listening in both markets were so incompatible for each other. The Eagle eventually came back, and Lone Star went back to the classic rock it is now.
