IUMA: Dreadknot - Free Archive Audio

It all started in the pre-summer months of 1999, as two of Tampa's most promising hardcore bands, Liqua-nyne & Blame Shade, slit up after some personal & musical differences. Both bands we're out in the cold with no new members available, but..." as fate would have it "...(and some interesting phone calls) Blame Shade's Brian & Ahmed ( vocals & guitar ) finally hooked up with Liqua-nyne drummer & bassist Don & Chris in sept.1999. The match up between these four was nearly perfect in a musical sense with the work ethics high and a common goal of " gettin' it done " in the new millenium. Then, in mid January, the decision was made to replace vocalist brian rice with Steve Gray, long time friend of drummer Don Dubose. He and Don played together in liqua-nyne just 6 months earlier. His style fit better, and the new attitude of the band increased 10 times. Now, a much stronger unit, Dreadknot plan on causing local riots in as many cities as possible...
