Second of 2 CD soundtracks with music from the NHK anime series "Karakuri Kiden Hiwou Senki" (also released in North America as "Clockwork Fighters: Hiwou's War"). Most of the music was written and produced by Hiroshi Yamaguchi of the Japanese rock band HEATWAVE.

Though the series largely faded into obscurity, track 11 of this album gained notoriety among fans of the Fuji TV show "Game Center CX," due to its use in a regular segment.
