On Sunday nights we have been talking about the promises of God. On Sunday morning, during Sunday School, we studied James 2:1-10. James 2:5 says, âListen, my beloved brethren: did not God choose the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?â Naturally, I decided to focus on Godâs promise of the kingdom to those who love Him. So, Sunday night, I asked the question âWhat Kingdom?â Of course, the answer is A Heavenly Kingdom but so frequently we focus more on âourâ kingdom instead of Godâs kingdom.
