Turning the Tables 444 - Mahlerpalooza Pt 1 - May 10 2025 - Free Audiobook

I was listening to Mahler's 6th on Sirius XM's Symphony Hall channel and was intrigued by it enough to track down a copy  (starting with a vinyl album version which proved to be too scratchy to use on the show, later replaced by the Leonard Bernstein / Vienna Philharmonic rendition heard here) and play it on my show. Realizing that it would take a two-part episode to contain the entire piece, I later decided to title it 'Mahlerpalooza', after a gag I liked in an episode of the Frazier TV show (I'm Listening, season 11).
