Foundational meditation is mindfulness of breathing.
Rest all the meditations start with instructions for posture, establishing mindfulness of breathing and followed by the theme of the meditation.
The basic flow of meditation sessions are:
1. Settle into right body and mental posture
2. Establish mindfulness and calm the mind using breath as an object
3. Switch on the attention to the theme of the meditation (with breath or the body in background)
