Itâs time to sit back and enjoy some American music in its purest form â Bluegrass. In its 11th year, the white oak mountain blue grass festival is set for July 15th and 16th at th Tri-State Exhibition Center in Cleveland. I spoke with Ty Young of the White Oak Mountain Blue Grass Festival.
